How fast will you reply?
Usually within a few days, sometimes the same day. Tool suggestions and bug reports get priority because they help everyone who uses the tools — not just you.
Do you take requests for custom tools or features?
All the free tools here come from someone asking for them. If you've got an idea, send it — the worst that happens is I disagree or it goes on a long list. The best is I build it and you (and everyone else) get it for free.
Found a bug — what should I include?
Tell me which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. If you can include your browser and whether you're on phone or computer, that helps. Screenshots are gold if you can grab one.
Will my email be added to any list?
No. Your email goes to me, I reply, that's it. No newsletter signup, no list, no third party. I keep this simple on purpose.
Can I send sheet music, audio, or files?
This form is text-only. If you have files to share, mention it in your message and I'll reply with a way to send them (Google Drive link, email reply, or social DM).
